We offer two membership tiers:
- Classic Membership – ideal for patients looking for a simple, cost-effective way to maintain their anti-wrinkle treatments throughout the year.
- Signature Membership – our premium membership, combining anti-wrinkle treatments with advanced skin rejuvenation treatments, enhanced rewards and greater savings.
Which membership is right for me?
If your main priority is maintaining your anti-wrinkle treatments with a simple, cost-effective plan, the Classic Membership is an excellent choice.

How long is the membership term?
Memberships have a minimum term of 12 months and automatically renew each year unless you provide at least 30 days' written notice before your renewal date.
How do I pay for my membership?
Payments are collected monthly via Direct Debit.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
You may cancel your membership after the initial 12-month term. If you choose to cancel before then, the Clinic reserves the right to invoice you for any treatments received that have not been covered by the membership payments already made, together with any remaining outstanding membership fees.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No. Memberships and subsequent treatments are personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared with another person.
How often can I redeem my anti-wrinkle treatments in the VIP membership?
Both membership tiers include three anti-wrinkle treatment appointments per year (up to three areas per treatment).
Treatments must be scheduled at least 12 weeks apart, in accordance with clinical guidelines.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be treated as redeemed. Please refer to our cancellation policy for full details.
Can I carry over unused treatments?
No. Membership benefits, including anti-wrinkle treatments, facials, skin analyses and any other included treatments, must be used within your membership year and cannot be carried over or exchanged for cash.
Can I combine my membership discounts with other promotions?
Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or package unless otherwise stated.
Can the clinic cancel my membership?
Yes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership if payments are missed, membership terms are breached, or if treatment is no longer considered clinically appropriate.
