Mesotherapy with Biostimulators
Mesotherapy with Biostimulators for skin rejuvenation
Targeted regenerative treatments to revitalise skin and restore natural radiance
At the DrBK Clinic, we offer a selection of advanced biostimulators designed to support the skin’s natural regenerative processes.
Biostimulators are an injectable product that work by triggering the skin’s natural regenerative processes, leading to gradual, long-lasting improvements in overall skin health. Unlike dermal fillers, which provide volume, biostimulators enhance the skin’s quality and resilience from within, making them ideal for patients seeking natural, gradual improvements in skin tone, texture, and elasticity. Biostimulators are also used for our anti-hair loss treatments.
Our biostimulator treatments are administered via mesotherapy/microneedling, which involves a series of microinjections directly into the dermis. The treatment is minimally invasive and can be combined with PRP, polynucleotides (deeper biostimulator) and other aesthetic procedures for enhanced outcomes.

Key Benefits of Biostimulators
✦ Natural Collagen and Elastin Production
Stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin — the structural proteins responsible for firmness, elasticity, and youthful skin texture.
✦ Improved Skin Hydration
Formulas contain hyaluronic acid and hydrating actives that deeply moisturise the skin, enhancing suppleness and glow.
✦ Targeted Solutions for Specific Concerns
With specialised options and ingredients, biostimulators can be tailored to address firmness, dullness, pigmentation, and even hair thinning.
✦ Minimally Invasive with No Downtime
Treatment involves superficial microinjections with minimal discomfort, allowing patients to return to daily activities immediately.
✦ Progressive, Long-Lasting Results
Because the treatment stimulates natural regeneration, results improve gradually over weeks and months, with effects lasting longer than topical treatments.
✦ Suitable for All Skin Types and Ages
Biostimulators are safe and effective for a wide range of skin types and can be used as both a preventive and corrective treatment.
✦ Can Be Combined with Other Aesthetic Therapies
For enhanced results, biostimulators can be used alongside treatments such as polynucleotides, PRP, microneedling and energy-based devices as part of a comprehensive skin health plan.

Biostimulators FAQs
What are biostimulators?
Biostimulators are injectable treatments that activate the skin’s natural production of collagen and elastin. Rather than adding volume like dermal fillers, they work to improve skin quality and structure from within.
What does the treatment involve?
The treatment involves a series of superficial microinjections into the skin using fine needles. The relevant Pluryal Mesoline solution is delivered directly into the dermis, targeting areas of concern such as the face, neck, décolletage, scalp, or hands.
What concerns can biostimulators treat?
Depending on the formulation, biostimulators can address:
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Active acne and acne scarring
- Loss of firmness or elasticity
- Dull or uneven skin tone
- Dehydrated skin
- Hair thinning or scalp health (Mesoline Antiox & Hair)
Is the treatment painful?
Most patients describe the treatment as 'mildly uncomfortable' rather than painful. A topical numbing cream can be applied beforehand to ensure comfort during the procedure.
How many sessions will I need?
A course of 3–6 sessions, spaced about 2–4 weeks apart, is typically recommended for optimal results. Maintenance sessions every few months may be advised depending on your skin's response.
When will I see results ?
You will notice your skin feels tighter and more hydrated after the first session. More improvements are usually noticeable after the first few sessions, with continued enhancement over time as collagen and elastin production increases. Full results typically develop within 4–8 weeks.
Is there any downtime?
Downtime is minimal. Some patients may experience mild redness, mild swelling, or mild bruising (rare), which usually resolves within 24–48 hours.
Can biostimulators be combined with other treatments?
Yes. Biostimulators can be safely combined with treatments such as polynucleotides, PRP, microneedling, and energy-based devices for enhanced regenerative effects. Our biostimulator treatments are combined with microneedling as standard.
Your practitioner will advise on the most effective combination during your consultation.
Are the results permanent?
While results are long-lasting, they are not permanent. Regular maintenance treatments are recommended to sustain collagen production and continue improving skin health over time.
