The Loyalty Lounge is our membership programme that gives you exclusive benefits, including regular treatments, discounts, and rewards, all designed to help you maintain your skin health and aesthetics year-round, with regular monthly payments to help spread the cost.

Memberships run for a minimum of 12 months and automatically renew each year unless you provide 30 days’ written notice before your renewal date.

Payments are collected monthly via Direct Debit.

You may cancel after your 12-month minimum term. You may cancel before then, but please note the Clinic reserves the right to invoice you for the treatments received but not covered by fees already paid, as well as any remaining months unpaid.

Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the named Member.

VIP members receive three complimentary anti-wrinkle treatments per year (3 areas each), which must be spaced at least 12 weeks apart.

Missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours will be counted as redeemed. You can view our full cancellation policy here.

No, included treatments (such as Aqua3 Facials or complimentary anti-wrinkle treatments in the VIP plan) cannot be carried over into the next year.

No, discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Yes, the clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if payments are missed, terms are breached, or treatments are no longer clinically suitable.

Many of our patients have regular anti-wrinkle treatments so they opt for the VIP option, which allows them to easily spread the cost of their treatments whilst benefiting from everything else within the membership. If you are looking for regular skin maintenance (with added perks), we recommend the regular Loyalty Lounge membership.
