Is the treatment painful?
Not at all. Most patients describe the treatment as warm and comfortable — often even relaxing. There’s no need for anaesthesia, and no recovery time is needed afterwards.
How long does each session take?
Each treatment session takes approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on the areas being treated.
How many sessions will I need?
We typically recommend a course of 5 sessions, spaced 2 weeks apart for optimal results. However, your practitioner may adjust the plan based on your individual concerns and goals.
What does the treatment involve?
For treating vulvar (external) laxity:
A gel is applied on the external area and the vulvar hand-piece is guided over the area in small, circular motions, focusing mainly on the labia majora.
For treating vaginal (internal) laxity, atrophy and incontinence:
A gel is applied to the vaginal hand-piece which is then slowly inserted into the vaginal canal. You will notice slow, rotating and in-and-out movements, but rest assured this is completely painless.
When will I notice results?
Many patients notice an improvement in tone and comfort after just 1–2 sessions, with full results developing progressively over the course of the treatment plan as collagen production increases.
Is there any downtime?
No downtime at all. You can return to your normal daily activities immediately after treatment.

- Pacemakers or implanted electronic device
- Serious multi-organ or systemic diseases
- Severe neurological disorders
- Active sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- Moderate to severe uterine prolapse
- Active urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Active genital herpes, HPV with visible warts or high-risk genotypes
- Genital skin conditions (e.g., wounds, sores, redness, or undiagnosed irritation)
- Non-removable intravaginal devices
- Recent surgery in the treatment area that hasn’t fully healed
- Bleeding disorders or patients on anticoagulants
- Weakened immune systems (e.g. due to HIV/AIDS or immunosuppressive therapy)
- Reduced sensitivity to heat or pain, including due to diabetes complications, surgery, or radiation
- Non-verbal or significantly disabled individuals who cannot communicate discomfort
What happens if I am on my period?
Not a problem! We will simply delay your treatment by a week if you are menstruating—mainly for comfort, hygiene, and to ensure the device can contact healthy mucosa properly for best results.
