in addition to pocket charting (space between the gum and the tooth which harbour bacteria) - Discussion of your gum health check findings (periodontal status)

**New Consultation - First Visit:
We always strive to provide you with the best relaxing experience possible. As soon as you walk through our doors, one of our friendly Receptionist team will meet and greet you and offer you a warm or cold drink to enjoy whilst filling out the necessary registration forms. Our team would be more than happy to discuss any queries you have before you are taken into one of our state of the art surgeries to see the clinician. As part of your initial dental consultation, you will have a full mouth assessment to check not just the health of your teeth and gums, but your whole mouth. X-rays and anti oxidant screening will also be provided if necessary. We will give you advice accordingly and recommend further hygienist visits or dental treatment as indicated. You will go away with your treatment plan, safe in the knowledge that everything there is to know about your mouth health has been checked and all treatment recommended has been explained with the help of software and visual aids. We will also demonstrate using computer simulation, the realistic results of your smile and face following completion of the recommended treatments. If you are in pain on the day, we will make you comfortable before you leave, if full treatment is not possible. We will even hold your hand... if you are really nervous, we are that committed to customer service! You will have a dedicated person who you can call on through out your journey to a better smile and oral health.
